The learning unit has been designed as a square frame on castors. The working areas are of galvanised steel plate and fold open to be used on both sides. This means there are more than 5 m² of working area on each of the four sides. One to two students per working area can practice the practical side of a lesson. One of the requirements when developing the learning unit was that the student can perform mainly practical work, like in a company or "at the site". It is therefore intended that the materials found in industry and the trades will be used here as well.
